General Provisions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between the 33db platform and its users. By accessing or using 33db through its website, mobile platform, or any other channel, you agree to be bound by all of the following terms.

These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of Bangladesh. Any user who disagrees with any part of these Terms is requested to refrain from using the 33db platform.

Eligibility & Age Verification

To open an account and use the gaming services on the 33db platform, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:

Verification Process

33db reserves the right to verify a user's age and identity at any time. A photo of a national ID card or birth certificate may be required for verification. Withdrawal access may be temporarily suspended until verification is complete.

Account Registration & Management

Single Account Policy

Only one account is permitted per individual, family, or household address. If the same person operates multiple accounts, those accounts will be merged or closed and all earned bonuses and winnings will be cancelled.

Accuracy of Registration Information

All information provided at registration — including name, mobile number, date of birth, and payment method details — must be truthful and complete. Providing false or incomplete information may result in account closure.

Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your login credentials (username and password) completely confidential. If you suspect that someone else is accessing your account, notify our support team immediately.

• Allowing any other person to use your account is prohibited.
• Conducting transactions through a third party's account is prohibited.
• You are advised to change your password regularly.

Deposits & Withdrawals

Deposits

The accepted payment methods for depositing funds at 33db are: bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. The minimum deposit amount is ৳300 for each method.

Withdrawals

The same methods apply for withdrawals — bKash, Nagad, or Rocket. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawal processing typically takes between 15 minutes and 2 hours.

• Account verification must be completed before withdrawals can be made.
• The withdrawal method must match the deposit method used.
• Withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.
• Rocket is the mobile wallet service of Dutch-Bangla Bank.

Transaction Errors

If an incorrect amount is credited or debited due to a technical error, 33db reserves the right to correct that error. Users will be notified in such cases.

Bonuses & Promotional Offers

Welcome Bonus

New users will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example:

• A deposit of ৳1,000 will earn a ৳1,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000.
• A deposit of ৳12,000 or more will earn the maximum bonus of ৳5,000, giving a total balance of ৳17,000.

Wagering Requirements

To withdraw winnings earned from a bonus, you must wager 20 times the bonus amount. The calculation applies to the bonus only, not the combined total of deposit and bonus.

General Bonus Terms

• Each promotion applies once per account only.
• Bonuses cannot be withdrawn as cash until the wagering requirement is met.
• 33db reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel bonus terms at any time.
• Any attempt to collect bonuses through fraudulent means will result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings.
• VIP members at the Bronze, Silver, and Gold tiers will receive additional weekly cashback.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 33db platform and may result in account closure, balance forfeiture, and legal action:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Using false or forged identity documents.
• Coordinated betting designed to exploit bonuses (bonus abuse).
• Exploiting bugs or errors in game software.
• Playing games using automated bots, scripts, or software.
• Using another user's credentials.
• Using the platform for money laundering or suspicious financial activity.
• Threatening or harassing 33db staff or other users.

Fair Play & Technology Policy

33db uses internationally certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology across all its games to ensure fair play. This technology is independently verifiable.

SSL Encryption & Data Security

Platform Disruptions

If a game session is interrupted due to a technical issue, the outcome of that round will be determined based on server logs. 33db will not be liable for losses caused by network disconnections or device issues.

33db may suspend or close an account in the following circumstances:

• Suspicion of fraud or dishonest activity.

• The account has been inactive for an extended period of time.

Changes to Terms and Conditions
